We are sick of winter. That is the truth. Tanner prays every night that the snow will melt everyday. It did. Until it snowed again. Ugh. So we have been hanging out...
Kate is protesting winter by wearing her swimming suit at least 3 times a week...
and reading to her dolls...
and talking, a lot, even though I only sometimes know what she is talking about...
Tanner is into self portraits...
And writing recipes for me. This is for macaroni and cheese, it says noodles, cheese, and milk. He even clipped it into my cookbook for easy access.
He also has been making instructions and building from those instructions...It starts at the bottom, but it says step A: a circle, B: a large rectangle, C: a medium rectangle, D: a small rectangle, E: a long, narrow rectangle... It built a tank, he is holding the one he built.
We have been doing more stuff, perhaps I will get around to posting about it, but don't get your hopes up... I may not. But until I attend to this little blog again, I hope spring shows up! Have a good one, and thanks for stopping by!

We are wondering when winter will end as well!! We get a glimpse of hope and then it snows again just like you said. Your kids are so fun! I can't believe how grown up Tanner is, and so creative. Kate looks like a lot of fun. Wish we could get together on these slow winter days and let the kids play in their swim suits together. One morning I woke up to a splash and laughing down stairs. I discovered a huge puddle in the dinning room along with the kids in their swim suits wanting to bathe their stuffed animals. Don't know how I slept through that one. Glad you guys are surviving winter!!!!
Your kids are so grown up! I can't believe it! We have some cabin fever over here as well and let's just say you are way better at entertaining your kids inside than I am...Claire watches a lot of Dora. :) You should send me some fun ideas. We miss you guys!
I hope it stays winter there for a long long time & that your kids scream for the sunshine & then your boredom leads you to taking a road trip to Florida! What a genius idea, right!? Ha ha, just kidding. I hope the sun comes out so soon (:
That is funny she is already putting on the bathing suit! Well, if you guys would move to Vegas you wouldn't have to deal with snow all the time!! We could go swimming! I can't believe how grown up they are! We miss you guys!! Love ya!
Don't you just love the winter! I am sick of the wind around here! The sun will come out for a day but the wind is so cold we still want to stay inside! I love the vidio of Kate! She sounds so much like Tanner! We miss you!
I miss those little crazies! I especially love Kate's new style. Maybe I will go with the goggle look as well. I think that would look nice.
I cannot believe how big Kate is getting. She is so so cute!!! And Tanner is so smart! And I agree I can't wait for Spring!
